Sunday Morning Fellowship Time/Coffee Hour
Coffee hour/fellowship time is held immediately after each services on Sunday morning. Please join us downstairs in Weiss Hall for beverages, snacks and fellowship.
New Coffee Hour Volunteer Team
West Side is trying something different. A new way to manage the coffee hour/fellowship time. Eight people have graciously volunteered to do the coffee hours from September through May. Each person will be responsible for a coffee hour each month. Two others have volunteered to do the fifth Sunday coffee hours; and four others, along with the fifth Sunday people, have volunteered to be substitutes.
What does this mean to West Side? No more sign up sheets and less burden on the Caring Ministry Committee responsible for getting people to manage the coffee hour.
What does this mean to you? If you would like to host a coffee hour for whatever reason, you will need to call the person who is responsible for that particular coffee hour. They will be happy to let you handle the fellowship time. The list is posted in the kitchen. Anytime you would like to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
